More Winter Backpacking Tips

I found this link on REI’s website that has some really useful tips for backpacking in the winter.  With the forecast the way it is, I feel we must all pay close attention to this knowledge base and heed all recommendations to keep everyone safe.  The last thing we want is for someone to wind up with frost bite or worse.  That is not the intent of of the MitchellWinter experience. So let’s all keep an eye on the weather conditions and forecasts and be as prepared as we can be!
