Subscribe to RSSWith Christmas just a few days ago, the question is begging to be asked… ”What did you get, in the form of gear, for Christmas?”
I personally didn’t get any gear for Christmas. My wife and I decided to hold off on buying any gear for Christmas. Instead we are opting to shop the REI scratch and dent sale on this coming Thursday. It starts at 10am and will be at the Pineville store. Anyone else wanna join in the festivities?

Ok so, are you also going to have a liner for your bag or do you feel that 10+ is enough. Just trying to get a last minute opinion.

For Christmas I got gloves, a knife, GSI soloist cookset with fuel, a first aid kit, a caribeaner … can’t remember what else …

Ok so, I was able to pick up a pair of Asolo boots for $150 off!! we also picked up two baselayers, my wife ended up with two jackets, pullovers and other items! It was a very nice scratch and dent sale!!
The yardsale was a madhouse this time . I got a Jetboil stove 40% off, a Marmot outer shell jacket, and an REI brand sleeping bag liner.
